Firms and their advisors use this knowledge to anticipate and address emerging workforce conditions, to improve the success chances of their strategies, and to avoid or ameliorate problematic, unintended consequences of strategic actions. RWF Associates is the general partnership of dwww.com.llc and Dataleaf Technologies, Inc. Our proprietary Right WorkForce™ models trace individual attributes and forecast workforce composition to an unprecedented extent, and tie these data into operations and strategy data at the organizational level. Understanding workforce dynamics is an emerging business necessity, increasingly critical in managing organizations in the face of unstable, accelerating global demands.
