overview:  the RightWorkForce™ approach and Kaleid-Array™ models

Our unique, proprietary approach to dynamic simulation of the workforce – as an integral part of, not distinct from, an organization’s operations – helps it to better optimize its HR strategies and practices.  Through a customized Right WorkForce™ model developed for it, an organization will better understand its emerging workforce patterns and interactions, helping to maximize intended outcomes of its strategic actions while minimizing possible undesirable consequences.  Our Right WorkForceTM models uniquely integrate data and analyses that commonly are disparate topics of such areas of HR specialization as retirement plans; welfare plans; employee compensation, assessment, development, and diversity management; and organizational design, development, effectiveness, multinational sourcing, outsourcing, and change management.

Predictably, specialist approaches have failed to provide integrated responses that take human interaction effects and longitudinal developments into account. 

Our approach represents fifteen years of observation and more than three years of active research and developmental efforts by the principals to date.  It is novel in the scholarly literature.  It offers its early users a “first entrant” opportunity in addressing organizations’ needs for integrated HR understanding and strategic effort and in capturing related consulting opportunities.
